I recently had the opportunity to speak to a group at Harper College on the topic of human behavioral analysis and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The facilities were modern, comfortable, and created an excellent environment for learning, discussion, and engagement. The theater setting encouraged thoughtful dialogue and allowed for a meaningful exchange of ideas and professional expertise. Harper College provides a welcoming and professional atmosphere that is highly conducive to both teaching and learning.

I was enrolled in a class and missed a payment deadline due to a single warning email that ended up in my junk folder. No follow-up, no second notice, no phone call. When I contacted Harper College, the staff was at least helpful in pointing me in the right direction, but when I reached out to the professor directly to ask about joining the class just one day late, her entire response was simply ‘I can’t.’ No explanation, no alternatives, no compassion. One junk mail email and a two-word rejection is apparently all you get here. For a college that is supposed to support its students, the lack of effort and basic human decency was truly disappointing

I was led to believe that Harper College was one of the finest colleges in the Chicago area, so I approached it with genuinely high expectations and gave serious thought to studying there. Unfortunately, my personal experience proved to be deeply disappointing. From the outset, I found the atmosphere in the class rather unpleasant, and at one point I was subjected to bullying by another student. As I am still learning English, it was not easy for me to explain the situation clearly. When I tried to speak to the teacher about what was happening, I felt that I was either not properly understood or not truly taken seriously. In the end, I had no choice but to обратиться to a separate department for support. To be fair, after I did so, the student in question stopped bothering me. However, I was left with the distinct impression that the teacher who had failed to understand me may have taken offence, and I could not help feeling that this was reflected in the way I was assessed afterwards. Another difficulty was the striking difference in English levels within the group. In my view, the students were placed together despite having very uneven language abilities, and this made it diffic
